Terms of sale

Neurod.eu is operated from France. This English version is provided so that you can read the terms in the language of the offer; the French version at legal/cgv.php is the original.

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital content (PDF guides) and of subscriptions to the Premium area on the Neurod.eu website.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Neurod.eu may change its prices at any time; orders already placed remain subject to the price in force at the time of purchase.

Article 3 — Payment

Payment is made online by card through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Neurod.eu never stores your card details at any point.

Article 4 — Delivery of digital content

PDF guides are available for immediate download once payment is confirmed, through a link sent by email. That link allows a limited number of downloads.

Where card payment is not yet open for a given edition, the guide is ordered through the contact form: we reply with a secure payment link and send the PDF once the payment clears. The terms below apply in exactly the same way.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights — transposed in France as Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code — the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with the consumer's prior agreement, the consumer having expressly waived that right by completing the purchase.

In plain terms: by confirming your order you ask us to deliver the file straight away, and in doing so you give up the 14-day statutory cooling-off period. This does not leave you without recourse — Article 5a below gives you a refund commitment that is broader in practice than the statutory right. If a technical problem prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, write to contact@neurod.eu and we will refund you or resend the link.

Article 5a — Money-back guarantee (voluntary commercial commitment)

Separately from the statutory right of withdrawal described in Article 5, Neurod.eu voluntarily undertakes to refund any PDF guide on request, with no reason required, within 14 days of purchase. Simply write to contact@neurod.eu quoting the email address used for the purchase; the refund is issued within 5 working days to the original payment method.

This guarantee does not cover the Premium subscription (which can be cancelled at any time with no commitment — see Article 6) and may be refused in cases of manifest abuse, such as repeated refund requests across several successive guides.

Article 6 — Premium subscription

The Premium subscription renews automatically at each term (monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen) until the user cancels. Cancellation is possible at any time from the personal area or by email, and takes effect at the end of the current period.

Article 7 — Liability

The content sold on Neurod.eu is informational and does not replace a consultation with a health professional. Neurod.eu cannot be held liable for inappropriate use of the guidance provided.

Article 8 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, "Rome I"). You may also bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence.

Article 9 — Contact

Any question about these terms: contact@neurod.eu, or through the contact form.
