Neurod.eu takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Member-area tracking journal
The tracking journal in the Premium area records what you enter yourself: perceived energy, sensory load, sleep, and optionally a free-text note. This information relates to your health, and is therefore handled with particular care.
It is strictly personal and visible to you alone. It is not analysed for statistics, not aggregated, not passed to anyone, and not used to send you content or offers. No journal data is shared with a health professional unless you export it yourself.
The journal is entirely optional: leaving it empty has no effect whatsoever on your subscription. You may ask for its contents to be erased at any time, independently of the rest of your account; when your subscription ends it is deleted automatically along with it.
This journal is a tool for personal observation. It is neither a medical device nor a diagnostic tool, and it replaces no professional follow-up.
Outreach to directory professionals
We occasionally contact professionals working with neurodivergence (psychologists, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, coaches, occupational therapists) to offer them a free listing in our directory. These professional addresses are never bought in bulk: they come from public sources, chiefly practice websites and professional association directories.
In accordance with Article 14 GDPR, every message states explicitly where the address was found, along with how to object. We favour generic practice addresses over named individual ones.
If you receive such a message and do not wish to be contacted again, simply reply to say so: your request is recorded permanently and you are excluded from any further mailing. We then keep only the information needed for that exclusion — your address and the date of your objection — precisely so that you are never contacted again. You may also request full erasure of your data at any time.
This data is never sold, never passed to third parties, and never used for any purpose other than that listing offer. We do not carry out outreach to private individuals.
Processors
Some data is processed by third-party providers under their own privacy policies: Hostinger (hosting), Stripe (online payment), ip-api.com (resolving country from IP address, only for addresses never seen before — a local cache avoids resending a known IP). We never sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@neurod.eu.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Neurod.eu is established in France, so the French authority is the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) — but you are equally entitled to complain to the data protection authority of your own country of residence or workplace.
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work (reading comfort mode, remembering your choice on the banner). Our audience measurement sets no cookie, but it does record your IP address and the country derived from it (see the table above) — that information is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically, never resold and never used for advertising. Only links to our partners (affiliate shops) may, once clicked, set a third-party cookie outside our control.
